More proof that eBay is evil

Checking up on some of my fellow eBay'ers, I ran across this auction (local cached copy here). Basically, it offers a "wallpaper" for GBP£0.01 (1 pence). But the title says "NOT 1P BUT FREE!!!" So how's this a scam? Because in the description, he says "You will pay absolutely nothing for this. Once you have completed the transaction, I will email you the full size wallpaper. As soon as you leave me feedback, I will do the same for you." Smell something bad here? MORE...
