I have accounts everywhere: AOL Instant Messenger, ICQ, Yahoo! and MSN Messenger, even Jabber. I can also be found at MySpace and FaceBook, as well as Flickr and Wikipedia.

You may check out my Online Status, showing which IM services I'm using, at this page.

As for a certain popular "lifestyle" chat service (with three letters in their name), I am no longer active there. Bad attitude, non-stop cruising, escorts for hire, photo censoring...all that detritus is beneath me. And the summary dismissal of all monitors in 2002 -- myself included -- didn't exactly help their cause (nor did it stop the infestation of ad-bots, for that matter). Oh well!

If you frequently have two or more IM clients running simultaneously, have a look at Trillian.  This program combines all the IM services into one easy-to-use platform. It includes an IRC client and a barrage of useful plug-ins, like Skype. There is a free version for download, plus an advanced one for a small fee (which I myself bought). Both are considerably more reliable than the early releases you may have heard about.
